I'm running WoW great on a Radeon 9700 pro, (which can fit your budget with ease) but since you want an nVidia card, I would reccomend the leadtek 6200 AGP that everyone has been linking you to, it won't perform as well as the 9700 pro, but it suits your budget/requirements, and the difference won't be that big at all. WoW will run great on any decent video card, just be sure to have 1GB of RAM.

If you're willing to spend a little over $200, I'd get the leadtek 6200 AGP vid card and then buy a set of these to boost his ram to acceptable levels.

upgrading to 1 gig of ram is more important when playing those mmo type games
