worthwhile upgrade

Hey all I'm just looking for abit of advice,

Recently ordered a dell U2311H monitor and having some second thoughts,

I've currently got a 22" Fujitsu-Siemens 1680*1050 TN monitor, I'm just wondering is it really worth upgrading to the 1920*1080 IPS Dell monitor? would I really notice the difference?

I have the bigger U2410 and I upgraded from a Samsung 22" TN

Trust me, the difference will be insane.
