So I call in to request a repair on my 360 and to cancel my live account, the service rep on the other end tells me they can not do repair requests or account changes right now because of "routine system upgrade/maintanence, they say I can call back in two hours. I tell them I am on the west coast and that according to the hours of operation they will be closed in two hours, she tells me to call back tomorrow. WTF? The hours of operation of from 6am to 10pm for pacific time folks. Are you tell me they couldn't wait two hours and just do the upgrades when they closed for the night? BIG WTF.:|
