If this guy did that, NP, if he didn't, he's definitely a douche. THAT should be the issue in the OP (it's easy to tell if the seat is lifted, given that it's basically impossible to do without making a sound putting it back down).

It's was really none of my business other than taking notice of it so I didn't go check but assuming the seat was down, he didn't put it up. He just walked in and went.

So where is the line drawn exactly for you? For the sake of argument, if he purposely walked to the last stall to piss all over the seat you still wouldn't care? How about if he pissed into your car?

You honestly have no issue when walking into a stall and just sitting on a wet seat? You're a better man then I am.

And no, I don't piss sitting down, but if I go into a stall to piss (because the urinals are occupied), I lift the seat and put it back down.

Wow, you guys are geniuses. I never said anything about them pissing on the seat. I don't know what your problems are that you apparently think no one can manage to not piss on the seat, but I'd recommend getting some help with that.

You really are weird that you're paranoid that someone doing this is doing it just to piss on the seat in the event that you're going to want to use it.

Actually, it would be possibly the funniest thing if they were doing just that. If they were, you know its because they've dealt with people like you guys.

regarding the toilet seat making a noise comment most public stalls I've been in nowdays have those no slam seats. I guess so pee shy people don't get spooked.

I don't much like urinals. Especially when I'm wearing shorts and can feel the splash back on my legs.

But I think the point we all must take away from this thread is that some people are WAY too concerned with what others are doing and should mind their own business.

I work at a college. I have to walk to a different building to take a shit. Why? Because college aged men do not have any control over their penis. It's like a wild firehose of piss, covering anything you might want to touch. Floor, ceiling, seats, it matters not.

Seriously, you will be hard pressed to find a stall that doesn't have 2 inches of piss on the seat and floor. It's like they yell "Look mom, no hands" while shaking their hips side to side while they piss.

Oddly, this is only a problem in the building with the IT classes.

The real question is this: are there dividers in between the urinals, and are they good dividers? By that I mean, do they actually come up about to shoulder level and stick out a bit from the wall?

Urinals without appropriate dividerfication are useless.

some ass in my building regularily doesnt flush his shit, thats the worst.

i flush it, wash my hands, and go to the other further away bathroom that wont be smelling like ass the whole time

Yes dividers between urinals around up to the nose. It's not even about the urinals, there are 5 stalls. I have no issue with people using the first 2, I've seen it. I don't even mind wiping down for the first 2 if I needed to go and they were the only ones available because I understand some people just like privacy but I shouldn't have to clean up their mess and wipe down on the last stall which I've done on occasion. It should always be clean. This guy could have used stall 1 or 2. I was about to leave the bathroom anyway, he didn't even walk to check if 1 & 2 are good, he just went straight to the back and started pissing into the bowl. If privacy was an issue, don't know why he didn't even bother to close the door on the last stall.
