Sub7 is a POS, written by people in hopes that idiots will run it. When you run the client, it opens backdoors on your computer as well. It also installs a series of nasty viruses. if you want to play with someone's computer remotely, just use Remote Administrator.

oops...sorry...chances are that you couldnt install it without shutting down virus protection, its very old and well known...also you will end up reformatting....not worth the time IMHO

Yes, replying to a serious post with an emoticon further proves the point. Sub7 is a dangerous thing to be playing around with, leaving the computer open to easy attacks from anyone on the net. Why do you want to mess around with it? So you can be a l33t hacker? Give me a single reason you'd like to install a back orfice onto your sister's computer and I will justify your complete and utter rubbish post with a more serious response. Also, refrain from sending me further private messages about the topic, it's obvious you're not in it for the right reasons.

jeez, relax. My buddy told me about, and i wanted to know what it was all about. 'Why i wanted to test it out on my sisters computer?' Becuase i wanted to see what it does....not to be some "l337 hacker" And considering my sisters computer has nothing to hide, (pretty much nothing but aim and IE on there period) it wouldnt be a problem to test out. Im not in it for the "right" reasons? Im just experimenting. Thanks to all the post above i have actually decieded not to test it out anyways. Thanks for your "ADULT" lecture CorporateRecreation
