Since you mentioned being able to raise the core without touching the memory, then it nearly rules out #2 so only #'s 1 and 3 remain. Perhaps an aftermarket cooler might help? I'm not sure what if any aftermarket coolers are out there for the X1900 since I run mine on water but you might want to check around. As a last resort, try bumping your voltages to around 2.150v/2.130v and raise your VDDCI to 1.5v and see if that improves your memory OC at all. Some have theorized that VDDCI controls the memory controller voltage but who knows, right now it's all speculation since nobody including viper john or w1zzard know what it does exactly.
Yeap more or less that's what I concluded too.
One more thing . You said yesterday that I should disable the Ati2evxx.exe because it might create problems with the ATItool o/c,or with o/c in general.
Well I experienced the opposite I have to leave it enabled in order to work. If I disable it then even at stock speeds my gpu throttles(it doesn't create artifacts even at xtx speeds this way but what's the point if it throttles..). Why is this happening ?
I need to do a format also since I had a Nvidia card before and who knows maybe something is messed up.
