X3 720BE Stock Fan hitting heatsink?

So I just got my new rig setup and after about 4 days I heard my fan from my cpu making a weird sound. Sort of like its hitting the heatsink?! Everything else works fine, but does anyone know if (newegg/amd) will send a new fan or if there's a quick easy fix for this?

doubtful that the fan is actually hitting the heatsink. Check to see if the wire from the fan connector (or some other wire) is hitting it.

If the fan is actually hitting the heatsink, I think you may need to go through AMD. Check with the egg first though.
