X800 XL

I can get an X800 XL for $175 (And it's not some cheap manufacturer
or OEM, it's the actual ATI version)

Should I go for it?...because I need to upgrade my card anyway.
What direct competition does it have from Nvidia, the 6800 series?

At Best Buy its $250 but I got a $75 gift card as a reward for signing up for a credit card.
