XM or Sirus digital radio

Just wondering what ya'lls opinions are on these two radio services are. Right now i'm leaning towards XM... thanks

(I'm biased though )

Edit: The FCC has approved new "Digital Radio". It's like HDTV for your radio (sort of). All stations who make the switch will be much more clear.

Get XM. I love it. As far as local stations as concerned, you don't get the variety with local stations that you get with XM. I didn't listen to my local stations (they suck) before digital radio and I sure as hell won't after digital.

I say neither as well. A lot of stations still have commercials. What was I paying for again? Reminds me of cable. :|

basically, digital radio is going to be kinda like digital tv. all or nothing reception (so no static), cd quality sound, digital buffer (like tivo or replaytv), & some other stuff. it's going to come really fast though, because there aren't as many roadblocks as there are with hdtv.

We already have digital radio up here, and I must say it isn't all it's cracked up to be.

The range of current transmitters are pathetic. If you get anywhere outside the city, no reception. That being said, i've been hearing good things about Sirius, so i'd probably go with them.
