XP Hyperthreading patch

I've got my P4C a while ago, but ever since I installed SP1, I keep getting errors regarding the ks.sys file. I know it's a hyperthreading problem and that it is this error, I even have the English fix, but I couldn't find this update in any language other than English.

The problem is that I use Hungarian WinXP, and English updates are unusable.
Does anyone know a link to alternate mirrors of the 812035 update? Is it out only in English?

Have you called into PSS to see whether the Hotfix is applicable for international builds? (Since this is acknowledged bug you should be able to do this for free) The RAID bug number for this problem is WinseRaid2 Bug#39386
