Nope, this is a BRP, however I found the issue, I think. I RTV'ed the heck out of anything that had a gasket which I affected in some way. Runs now, however I think I forgot to tighten one of the bolts holding the exhaust header in :|. I'm going to pull off the SC and check/re-check everything. Then I can put it back in, replace the spark plugs and begin tuning.

man there is a whole lot of bull crap answers in this thread.

but aleast it runs now. Did you just insantly install all the parts at once? injectors, blower, fuel pump, headers, EMS

something i learned from modding it to take it one step at a time to make it easier to trouble shoot. something that bothers me is why did you forget the bolts on the header when a super charger has nothing do to with the exhaust manifold. And 2nd part is that if you left that loose you might of left another vac lines loose or misplaced that could of cause the problem.

I like the way your going about it and taking it off. As many people i've seen haven't and ended up leaning the engine to a point where they had to replace engine internals due to it.

The header was replaced because the one that was there made it impossible to install the supercharger itself, since it's a hotside supercharger. I assume that in my haste get the everything back in that I may have not tighten a bolt for the header, or that the gasket was damaged in the process of putting the new one on.

its one of those superchargers... i see now =P carry on with the unbolting. A lot of times when i do heavy work its always vac lines that kill me. causing surges and poor idles.

Well, she's officially running and sounds pretty good. I have a small exhaust leak that I plugged this evening, but other than that it's going well.

So far my Emanage is saying I'm hitting 7PSI at aroudn 5000RPM. I haven't gone higher than that yet. But, assuming I am on target with other FI Miatas I should be pushing just about 200HP to the wheels. So far it looks like my stock injectors are handling the power too. Before boost my A/F ratio is ~14:1. After boost kicks in and my new fuel map kicks in it drops to 12:1.
