You need to sit down and have a very serious talk with her about this. If it is effecting her that much, then talk to her, get it straight between the two of you as far as where the limits are, and then stick to them until you are engaged or married.

It is obvious that she enjoys being with you, but it could be a sign of some deeper troubles... She may gain some sort of strange emotional gratification from the cycle of having sex and then being depressed about it later.

Work out your differences and respect eachother's limits. However, if she's the one starting the act, and then getting emotional about it afterwards, then I would avoid hitting it frequently.

I second the therapy call. Speaking from personal experience, I can tell you that this is absolutely bigger than the two of you, and that there is something serious going on with her. If she is really getting that depressed after sex, you really need to put your foot down and say no (even if she wants to) for both your emotional sakes. Trust me, I've been there. Is her guilt about sex before engagement ot that and the act itself? If it is the former, then the most respectful thing you can do is talk to her and say you understand and then make it a mutual decision to wait until engagement. If you think there may be a broader issue of guilt you might want to seek premarital counseling. You don't have to make it specificially about that issue, but it could help get you off to a stronger start.
