YAWoWT: 1.5 Patch Notes

I don't know how many of you play Hunters but if you do did ya'll notice that your shots were missing a little more than normal in Battlegrounds? I missed 3 out of the 5 or so aimed shots I took, and 2!! scatter shots... before last night I had never (to the best of my knowledge) missed a scatter shot. I want to know if it was just my imagination or if other people were experiencing the same thing.

That's hardly unexpected - 48 is not very high, how would you expect him to learn if every time he groups with someone they sneer at him in disgust and disband ?

Well, some people just won't learn anyway.
A warrior once asked me for advice after hearing from a friend that I was good at both PvP and tanking.
I told him about Sunder Armor, he thought it sucked and was quite adamant in his opinion.
I told him about changing stances mid fight, how it was essential to PvP, he told me he didn't need it because he already kicked everyone's asses.

And so forth.

Concillian, while I've read some stuff in the forums, most of knowledge is from trial and error, I find it boring reading about how others do it, that only fosters boring gameplay when everyone ends up doing the same thing because "that guide said so".
I'd rather just learn on my own and shape a more unique character.

48 is not very high? Are you joking? Are you suggesting that people shouldn't learn to play their class in an instance until 60?

Why should I be expected to teach this person how to play his own class? My experience is that about half the time I do that I get a "shut up and heal" type attitude... clearly oblivious to the fact that I CAN'T unless he does his own job. Now, rather than broach the subject at all, I leave the group after the first wipe and go do something more enjoyable to me. I felt a lot more comfortable talking about those kinds of things in the sub 30 instances: WC, RFC, RFK, SFK, Deadmines, Stockades. That's where warriors should be learning how to hold aggro, not in places like RFD where you have 3-5 mobs every pull and occasionally summoners to boot.

I don't sneer at them, nor abandon them, I wait for a time when it is convenient and leave the group.

Sounds like the people I was talking about, they don't wanna learn, hence they won't, neither by trial and error nor by you helping them.
Again, either you're unlucky or I'm lucky, but most people don't have this attitude in my experience.

Just wondering, and i don't know if it was mentioned or not, but since the patch, i'll see a lot of people "floating" by. I'll see someone mounted going by and they're moving (obviously) but there mount is not doing anything. I dont' know, it's not that big of a deal, I was just wondering if anyone else saw this?
