My gym remodeled and when they did they removed the dip "machine". It was a really old piece of equipment but it was great because it had a belt and a weight stack to allow me to do weighted dips.
It currently does have another dip setup but it isn't the same, and the way it's built does not allow me to say, buy a belt with a chain on it to load up plates around my waist.
I tried doing flys but...I don't like them...I like dips as they give my chest and triceps a pretty decent workout.
I was doing this:
Flat DB Bench
Incline DB Bench
Weighted Dips
Skull-Crushers
Close-Grip Bench Press
What can I do in replace of Weighted Dips? I *COULD* go do dips without additional weight but...eh...not really what I'm after.
