OMG ckg, i was just collecting those same quotes! lol, lets see if I have any you missed,

heres a non-conjur vote for zogby

Wow, once again pure ignorance from ntdz. Zogby was the only pollster to get the 2000 election right, and he's the one pollster EVERYONE is paying attention to. Of course you'd know this, if you had any sort of idea what you were talking about.

and the ones you missed:

umm, how do you figure? comparing different polls?
http://www.zogby.com
10/25 Bush +3
10/24 Bush +2
10/23 Bush +2
10/22 Bush +2
10/21 Bush +1

Looks like steady Bush gain over the last 5 days to me.
Right...and in order for Bush's lead to rise, he has to have a significant advantage, right? How else would an average rise?

Zogby is the most accurate and this may very well be the case that Bush is up nationally but that doesn't mean much when you consider the electoral vote (and the battleground states) are the ones really deciding this election.

Zogby also made the point that the recent Bush gains come from red states, in other words the red states are voting overwhelmingly for Bush giving him higher votes but losing in the electrol college.

To be honest, I just searched for "Zogby." I didn't mean for all my "pro-Zogby posts from known Kerry-supporting posters" proof to be from conjur, it just worked out that way.

LOL, almost lost control of my bladder...

*ahem* thread steer *cough* but anyways, from your holier than this so called neocon pollster:
Zogby on the 10 Battleground States:
Colorado(9 EV) Kerry
Florida(27 EV) Bush
Iowa(7 EV) Bush
Michigan(17 EV) Kerry
Minnesota(10 EV) Kerry
New Mexico(5 EV) Bush
Nevada(5 EV) Bush
Ohio(20 EV) Bush
Pennsylvania(21 EV) Kerry
Wisconsin(10 EV) Bush

Thats 74 EV Bush, 57 Kerry

Florida, Ohio, Penn., Wiscon., Minn., New Mexico are all within the margin of error so putting a win for your candidate in any of those states is foolish.

My predictions: Kerry will take Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and New Mexico. Ohio is truly a 50/50 tossup. And Florida will probably go to Bush. This election I think will really hinge on Ohio, whoever nabs it will win this thing.

actually, Bush is ahead 5% in Ohio, outside the margin of error. He's right at the margin of error for Flordia.

Well I've seen 3 other Ohio polls which show the race there a dead heat. Ntdz, you can't go by one poll and assume the race will be just like that come election day, what we are seeing is that the for the most part the numbers are a dead heat in a lot of battleground states. Rasmussen poll has Kerry up by 2 percentage points overall for the first time since early August.

im not saying this race isnt a dead heat, because it is. I think it's 50/50 between Bush and Kerry for who'll win. I see liberals praising the zogby poll as the most accurate, so i decided to post the zogby results because they have called this poll the most accurate.

Actually this is good news for Kerry, because it will give democratic voters more incentive to vote. Its a historical voting trend that a candidate who is percieved to headed for victory loses some votes from his supporters who think he doesn't need them. So I'm ok with this. But I think they are wrong about Ohio. There was a voting person who registers folks and he said that voter registration by democrats was unprecedented and unmatched by anything they had seen before. Another lady on Fox said the same thing as well today about Ohio. But it all comes down to who votes.

The poll, the data? Yep, Zogby shows Bush as being up. Whatever, that's fine. I know who I'm voting for.

The OP? Pure flamebait.

(side note: Not saying the identical thing doesn't happen on both sides)

Classy:

Right, the race is about WHO VOTES! We've registered a gazillion new Democrats here in Florida and some of them are actually alive AND not in jail! We might even get a couple of them to vote if the weather is perfect and the limos get them all picked up with free champagne and steaks. Oops, there I go getting cynical again about the lazy Dem voters. Sheezh, I feel like Charley Brown trying to kick the football....

Well, I hope they prove me wrong. Please, please, please, prove me wrong.

I'm personally amazed at all the people I talk to who either haven't voted recently or who know people who haven't voted, all of whom who have registered this time in order to sweep the Shrub out. Most of these folks are not kids, either, and they have definitely fallen below the poll's radar. I know the election is going to be close, but I think Kerry is going to win.

Wow...Zogby had Bush by 3% at this same time vs Gore during 2000 (Saw on CNN) (Lou Dobbs). Things can and will change quickly.
