I have:

SB 5.1 live with a SB 5.1 setup. 5300 or something. Very good for £99. Definately wouldn't spend more as to me it sounds great. If I wanted more I would personally go for a separate amp and real speakers.

SB 1042 Live. 4.1 setup. Cambridge 4.1 SoundWorks. First sub sat package I ever got. Sounds alright but the mids are lacking. Thats where the 5300 5.1 are better. Sats far too small and thus lack the mid. Sub is alright but it is passive.
