Too many to think of, but the
final shootout from Unforgiven is high up on the list.
Every time I see a western like that I often think back when I was a kid living in Southern California. My aunt had a shop in a town that had a old west town-like place. It was an attraction and I think Hollywood made some movies there. I can't remember. But there was an old western church there where my uncle had an old western themed wedding. The old town had actors that would walk the streets and from time to time gun fights would break out. Not real of course. They even punched and kicked the crap out of each other. To this day I have no idea how they made it look so real. I often mimicked it in my own home movies when I was young and in the process accidentally struck my Bro. LOL
Having my aunt have a shop there was awesome because I got to see this acting and what not and right next door was the old west town jail which I used to play around in. LOL
Sadly the old west theatrical town is no more according to my aunt.
