dare by the gorillaz is one of those songs you just cant be mad while listening. anything from D.R.I. as well, its very fast paced and upbeat... for punk. from the 80s stuff, almost anything by the alarm is pretty much upbeat and airy.

Most Eurobeat songs. Lately I've been listening to Pamsy's new song "My Sweet Emotion" or Dusty's new song "Lovebite." Ohh Pamsy .

Weirdest thing about Eurobeat is how there are a ton of artists and half the time, one artist has about 5-10 different Aliases. So you think you've got about 100 artists when it's more like 20:
