My friend lives in a neighborhood like that.. He decided to go the cheap route for housing in Tallahassee.. Now, he wishes he wouldn't have. He has jigga rich people coming over every day to borrow his stuff, smoke his pot, and hang out. One guy came over (when I was visiting) and he supposedly owed my friend $15.. And so my friend had his playstation for collateral. Well, he came over to play his Playstation and smoke the $15 worth of pot he just bought. Oh.. and he was making rap songs on the Playstation and said he's going to be a rapper. In fact, everyone in the entire neighborhood is planning on being a rapper - except my friend. He just plans to graduate college.
