Hi, what do you think about Zalman ZM80-HP, the silent solution for cooling Graphic Cards?

Since it works on a GeForce 3 Ti500, I guess it could handle my overclocked Ti200? Or?

I've got one installed on my Ti4200, works like a champ though I don't overclock. I've read that it does a pretty good job of cooling OC'd ti4200's but may benefit from a slow rpm 80mm fan blowing across it.

Works well with my 9500Pro @ 330/310. I've heard it's awesome with a fan blowing on it. Now to find someone to mount a 120mm fan to the side of my case.

But definitely a cool buy.

I just ordered the new special editon "platinum" version of this for my TI4200 (asus). I should receive it by the end of the week. I'll post how it does for my card once I get it tested out. If the results are good enough, then I may end up overclocking my card.

I have ZM80A-HP on my Radeon 8500 and I'm pleased with it.
It IS quiet !

Any ideas how VGA Heatpipe Cooler ZM80A-HP would fit on a Creative GeForce 4 Ti4400, this card is pretty "large" and the space that this ZM80A-HP occupy in the case e.g. HD to the right of card...but it shouldnt be a problem for a ANTEC PLUS 1080 AMG.... or? hmm

i bought one to put on my AIW 9700 Pro. Probably be a month or so before I install it, I gotta finish my case first?

yea, i read on some reviews that the raised shim around the gpu core might prevent proper gpu-heatsink contact.

I remember reading this. It was advised to use a thick thermal compound, not something like as3. I'm sure there's a better solution.

I have this on my Radeon 9700 Pro and I removed the shim or it won't contact properly. I usd AS3 on it and it's very hot without a fan on it. At least I know it transfer heat well. So I put a low speed 92mm fan over it and it's very cool now.

the new special edition platinum version has been changed slightly so that it fits properly on the radeon without problems. Try searching for these. The best place I've found to get them though is from this one place that is actually selling them on ebay.

heh.. love that guys ebay ad.. makes it look like the regular one is smaller and deosn't come with hardware....
