    can you go to windows event viewer and see what critical faults are coming out? That can usually help you debug first level on whats wrong.

    Mini LED for better contrast... Nano IPS for better color in a well light room. OLED for single display setups, in a somewhat dark room, or if your just a gamer / content watcher. Although 90% of PC OLED's have a very agressive anti-burn in dynamic contrast... where it will auto dim the hell...

    You can disable this feature in bios. It should be somewhere in the fans section where it will halt if no cpu fan is detected.

    Most pumps run on PWM, so depending on how your motherboard setup the cpu header, it can go on either voltage draw / cpu load value / or temperature on how to ramp the PWM.
