I returned the generic fan which was faulty (the speed surged). I decided to try a few drops of oil on the OEM fan and WALLA as we say in Brooklyn, it woiked! Virtually silent!
I'm replacing my 128GB SSD C: drive with a 240GB SSD. I've created a disk image on an HD. My goal is to restore my current Win11 system and dual boot with Linux. I'm not clear on how to do this. Once I remove my current C: drive I no longer have an OS so how do I go about resoring W11? Thanks.

I'd like to use my daily computer (HP Elitedesk 400 G7, Nvidia T400, 16GB, Win11) for HTPC also. The problem is when I hook up my TV the new resolution screws up my desktop and moves my shortcuts around. How do I solve that? Would creating a second desktop work?
