the allison was actually ok but was hurt by 1930's thinking. the army never thought that combat would take place much above 20000 ft so they didnt tune the engine or the supercharger for those altitudes. the jump in engine tech changed everything in a very short timeframe. the allison does fine...

i cant see Steve ever letting this go. GN sent their Ally in for joystick repair under warranty. asus rejects item for micro nick damage indicating some sort of violation of warranty. usual email runaround and other abuse of process by RMA department. random claims of liquid damage. rejected...

the issue doesnt seem to be on the ends, rather somewhere further in. the end wires at the 3.5 jack board look fine and are flexible. the cable as it exits the housing to go thru the topstrap has multiple points where it bends and no amount of fiddling localizes the failpoint. the strain...
