what does have a throughput benchmark, which has very low depndancy on bandwitch, latency have to do with gaming min fps
cinebench is the worst benchmark for correlation with gaming fps
I didn't comment devices/hardware, but hardware+whole ecosystem
MS invests a lot into ARM+windows (x86 migration) ecosystem
IMO MS is working in behind on a chip for its cloud servers and laptops, maybe even mobile restart

alder lake looks to have cache structure of tiger lake/skylake sp
we dont know if ring or mesh or what between the small and large cores
