Question Does anyone make ZERO-flicker computer monitors?

Are any of the "low-flicker monitors" completely flicker free, not just low enough flicker to meet some low-flicker certification? Ideally I’m looking for something completely flicker-free like the LG EVO OLED TVs, but smaller. I do not know all the terminology but some things I’ve been told to look for are monitors with no PWM (pulse width modulation), no DSLR, and no temporal dithering. What are my choices 27" to 35"?

There are OLED and QD-OLED monitors that will work the same as the OLED TV's. Probably the best ones on the market are either the "Dell Alienware AW3225QF", or "ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM" depending on if you want to go 32" 4k QD-OLED, or 27" 1440p OLED respectively.

Neither of these are true flicker free as they dim ever so slightly (like 5% or less the luminescence) on their refresh rates of 240hz or 175hz respectively (but the LG EVO OLED TV does the same thing on its refresh rate).

The only difference between the two charts above the the scaling on the X axis (the Dell is shown with major lines of 0.05secs, while in the LG above, the major lines are 0.005secs). So if you want to directly compare them, on the Dell chart, just look at a single box of the minor lines on the Dell (and zoom in/stretch on the X axis to have it fill the screen, and that is the same scale that the LG is show).

Which gets back to what I said originally, they act the exact same as the LG EVO...

Whats it mean some of these say PWM 0HZ some say 1000HZ.

Regardless, which monitor of these is best overall? And which is best <$500? I need one that can play 23.9/24hz movies at 23/24hz or 47/48 or 71/72 or 95/96 or 119/120 or 143/144 hz.
