Have a new intel build that has usual problem where it reboot about 5-10 seconds of starting an OS Install. Post and UEFI Bios is just fine. I have tried Windows 11 and it rebooted 5-10 seconds, plus tried Fedora Live, Ubuntu Live (including CMD install mode), AlmaLinux, etc.
I did get the Memtest86+ ISO to run and Memtest clear without errors. Ran it for like 10 hours with zero errors. So it not a RAM issue.
The CPU temperature is at 42C during Memtest so that looks fine too. Not sure what else could be issue?
Also, any other CMD line CPU or system test tools I can try? Stuff with WinPE / GUI hasn't work yet.
