There is really no "one" place to turn off or stop reporting & notifications. You will need to do that in both the OS & the browser plus use even one or more add-on(s).
(That's why when after I have installed an OS it takes me literally a couple hours to configure the system by having to go thru so many different settings/screens mostly to disable things.)
In the OS, you will want to turn off notifications & auto reporting and possibly even auto updates. Just go thru the many screens in Windows System settings to find them.
Same in the browser that you are using. For example, disable all the search engines, auto reporting, auto updating and notifications and alerts in the settings section of the browser.(You'll need to go thru all the tabs and associated screens.) I also install the free "ADBLOCKER Plus" to help squelch live streaming ads.
You might also want to consider using the free "Winaero Tweaker" as it will allow you to disable certain OS automated notification & reporting processes otherwise not easily disable(able).
Particularly If you are using a laptop, "Winaero Tweaker"
(
https://winaero.com/winaero-tweaker/ ) is helpful to control such things as Icon and Windows title bar fonts & sizes as well as Windows border sizes as straight forward control of those features/capabilities have been removed from Windows 10 on.
Good Luck
BTW, things only get lots worse with Windows 11. (In today's news.)
