I saw a screenshot of Amazon.com in a recent YouTube video, showing $250 for a RX 7600 8GB model card.

That is why I put this as a mild deal. It is a B&M store which is a plus over the 6750 on Amazon imho.

Now if we could get a 6800 for $310. That would be a deal. ;-)

Don't think we'll see it as low again, but it was very close a few weeks back (when paying with Zip.co):

6750 XT is on sale for $320 (less with some Newegg+ gimmick):

Same price (no add. discount) for the equivalent XFX card. Long live Navi 22!

N22 stuck just above $300, it's a damn shame. Been floating there for the better part of a year at this point.

If it could just drift ever so slightly downward to $275 or so...

Newegg has almost nothing left, and that Challenger sold out at $300. RDNA2 stock is almost gone for good.

Checking pcpartpicker, it seems the 6950 XT is the only one in danger of getting extinct (as in, get it NIB from Amazon if you are a collector). Other models from different AIBs are still in stock at various retailers. I mean, AMD is just so unlucky to still not sell out its year 2020 cards

PCpartpicker is a terrible source to support your contention. I put in 6700XT and the first listing with a non derp price is 3rd party on Amazon. That one small vendor can't have many cards. The ship and sold by selection is slim pickings on vendor and model at both Amazon and da egg from a quick look around.

Why the sad face? 6700XT and 3060 were launched a month apart. 3060 still sells like hotcakes. So it isn't like either vendor has cleared last gen inventory. That's been the market since the WFH + crypto booms ended.

- Given the N22 die doesn't even really have a proper performance or price analogue in the 7xxx series (until recently with the 7700XT crashing down in price), I wouldn't have even put it passed AMD to have kept manufacturing them for a while after the 7xxx series had been released.

I think so too. They have trouble letting go of their old junk, not that RDNA2 is junk but it's old. They released the A series APUs on AM4. Keep Zen 2 alive in mobile. Resurrected Athlon with the 3150G et al for Windows 11. Is there other stuff I'm forgetting that they have a problem with putting to sleep?

- They do have a tendency to get their money's worth out of their R&D. Vega was still shuffling along in iGPUs until a few years ago.

So where are all of the 6700 series? I only see a few brands and few models available 1st party from big r/etailers.

Newegg has one NIB 6800XT and one 6800. There are no NIB 6900 or 6950XTs. NIB there is one 6700XT and 2 6750XTs.

I don't know how much more obvious it can be. And everything is ASRock or XFX.

Ryzen 7 5700G with PCIe 3.0? But at least they don't play the +++++++ game that Intel does.

I'm not an expert, but I don't think they've been producing last gen GPUs for a while (there have been reports that production had ended). By all accounts, they had/have some sort of stockpile of chips and they keep dripping those out to a few AIB partners. We keep thinking they'll "be gone soon," but it hasn't happened yet. But on the flip side, as @DAPUNISHER notes, the number of 6700/6750/6800 models you can even buy has been VERY limited for months.

But the thing is that the $300 price point is pretty barren of good options these days; I think a 6750 XT at that price point still makes sense. You have to jump all the way to $380 to get a 7700 XT.

Kinda still is with the newly available 5600GT and 5500GT.
Completely irrelevant to dGPU market. This is a hot deals thread for the 6700 series remember?

Best Buy has only XFX left. 5 models all together from 6800 to 6700 and only in stock because the prices are too high. The topic of this thread sold out.
Not trying to antagonize you but Microcenter seems to have a lot of them across their stores: https://www.microcenter.com/product...t-triple-fan-16gb-gddr6-pcie-40-graphics-card
What's that a 1000 cards total? Less? Laughable.

I'd go straight for the XFX 6800 for $380. 4GB more ram and a better build quality than the Challenger. Which only makes sense if you don't have the space for the 6800 IMO.

I agree though. The 67x0XT series at that magic $299.99 moves units.

I picked the XFX 6800 back in November. It was a no brainer then, as there were no 6750 deals and the 7700/7800 XT cost a lot more.

The 6800 just hit $360 at Newegg:

I agree with you to spend the extra $50, even if you have to rob someone to do it (j/k). Over the life of a system (5 years?), that's totally worth it.

AMD card coupon codes. The one manly posted has a $20 off coupon. (Not sure if these codes are exclusive to my account or not.)

Edit: 6750 for $300 w/coupon code. My coupon in the email above is $10 cheaper. https://www.newegg.com/powercolor-r...d6-3dh/p/N82E16814131860?Item=N82E16814131860
very nice! The codes don't look unique, but they're probably attached to specific accounts.
