100% There have been multiple times I've used hi-res texture packs in games (mainly Bethesda) and the GPU wasn't challenged much more but the VRAM took a big hit. Some low-VRAM cards just weren't up to the task even though the GPU was more than capable.

I'm really tempted by the Hellhound 7800XT. $500 and comes with Starfield which I've been wanting. Only a 50ish% performance increase over my 6700XT though so not sure it's worth it.

That is really disappointing, especially considering they launched 4+ months ago. Thankfully I've had great success with my budget Asrock B650 board. Booted up no problem with EXPO settings (DDR5-6000 & CL32) and has been fairly trouble free (knock on wood).

Anyone have recent experience with Asrock boards? Decent bios support? General stability? I'm considering an Asrock B650 Pro RS. Lots of features for the money but I don't mind paying a bit more if Asus or MSI provide better software and/or less bugs.
