Anyone else sitting this round out?

Meh maybe I'm just getting old. Recently updated to a Vega 56 for around $230. Coming from a GTX 770 it Plays Ace Combat 7 and Lego Jurassic World with my daughter just fine even at 4k. Cant imagine having paid something like $1300+ for 2080Ti for the similar experience...

No likely, they cant even get the file copy dialog options to be consistent in all scenarios. Drag from outlook to a folder where the file name is the same? Will you get the option to keep both? Nope.

Sears to linger onwards for the time being

Bought a fridge from the Sears web site probably 6 years ago when they were busy trying to rip off Amazon. Turned out their version of "in stock" was that the components were in stock at their Chinese warehouses where they eventually would go to assembly and then put the fridge on a container...

What ‘Blade Runner’ got right — and wrong — about life in 2019

I was astounded at the terrible screen tech they use in the Blade Runner universe. Hover after some thought in our apocalypse the screen tech will be even worse. Everything will be scavenged/reused 6 inch OLED handset displays with youtube UI/screen bars and Instagram puppy ears burned into them.
