I will be evaluating and changing my DC activities.

Plus the base fee just to have a meter, so the actual rate is even higher I vote electric fence around the rigs. Nothing drastic. 1000V or so shouldn't leave any permanent damage to the kid. Not following your math on the EV. A pretty bad efficiency is 3mi/kwh, so say 25c to drive 3mi * 10...

I'd be curious to know if the damage rates were the same for ICE Uber vehicles. People can't handle dat ev torque? Doing the horizontal mambo with autopilot on? You would think anyone remotely involved in the auto industry would know Tesla's are expensive to repair

Guess a couple ways to do it. If you didn't want to replace the plastic box. cut drywall under the box, cut copper say 6" below valve, remove nut from valve and pull it out the top. Reverse, sweat copper to valve then install to box, that way you don't melt the plastic box or nut. The...

To elaborate on what has been said. The Bolt has a 7.6kw charger. It is possible to set lower charge rates in an EVSE, but 7.6X7hr=53kwh. Unless he's driving 80mph all the way, should avg around 4mi/kwh, so 212miles. I guess if he's thinking like a gas burner and drives all week, then charge...

Well they didn't call any of my farm bonds, which is understandable considering they have a 6.95% new issue out now. Callable in 1 yr, so that is tempting. If the bond is 7%, what are farmers having to pay for loans? That's got to hurt real bad.

Definitely going to be a different experience with clutch and trans. Even with a short shift kit, the throw will probably be much longer than you are used to. All my experience is with mid to late 70's era, but don't remember the heating and AC to be that great. Just not much room for a condenser.

I'd say at that scale they should be able to easily replace them at 35c/w. I'd guess closer to 25-30c/w. So like $1-$1.5 million in panels. Really not that horrible a price.

how to manage keys for 5 rental houses?

Just learn how to rekey locks. Schlage are pretty simple to learn. For my rentals I have 1 master key that can open all locks and 3 change keys. When someone moves out I rekey the locks to one of the other change keys so that I don't have to waste keys that are still good.

Love our frigidaire induction, boils water way faster than our gas stove. Only dislike is the push button for temp control. Wish it had a plain old knob, indexed to each power setting. Do a magnet test on your cookware first, unless you are in the market for new pots and pans
