Oh I am sure Intel Made many of them for select customers. Did it make any difference? Did it stop EPYC from beating Skylake/Ice Lake CPUs and eroding market share? It made no difference. Those type of customers get that type of CPUs nearly for free anyways.

Whoever thinks Bergamo will strugle to dominate Sierra Forest is beign too optimistic. Those little cores have Ice Lake IPC at best and no SMT. Look how those fare against Genoa in SPEC 2017
You do know that CBR23 will not scale past 256 Threads right? and that a single stock 96 core EPYC can do 110,000 points. Disabling SMT on a 2S Genoa EPYC should yield more than 180,000 points at stock.
