Does the ink dry up? Can you easily remove and replace the print heads. Right now I have a big heavy (HP OfficeJet Pro 8720) that a business was getting rid of. Free plus a few dollars for 93% rubbing alcohol was a good price. (Off topic, Does anyone know where to get the long wooden Q-TIPS?)
My charger has switch for 6v and 12v. Can I put a capacitor in-line or something to make it charge at 8V? Wanting to charge 8v golf cart batteries one at a time.
I have bought many of these. They have additional power available if you need it(cost extra), I only bought one extra power do dad. They have models with more than four but this works for me.

For a truly wireless setup you would need a battery and a solar charger.
CHOETECH 19W Solar Charger. I don't know of a complete package. For indoor use, I seem to remember software that repurposes an old cell phone as the camera. I'd prefer something you could mount outside on the eaves or on...
I always wondered why my computer would show, "Your up to date" but when I click on "Check for updates" it would find updates. I just figured Windows Update was broken.
nOOky, that sounds like a great camera. I was tought way back when to hold your elbows to your chest and your eye firmly to the camera. Your body would not wiggle and image stabilization would not be needed. That was an expensive camera new. It should still take great pictures. If you don't...
I'm not an average person. Is anyone? I don't have or want a cell phone. (Occasionally I'd like to have the driving directions app) I want a camera with an optical viewfinder that uses double A batteries and costs less than $200. 8 megapixels is/are plenty. The best options I can find are old...
I want to be your friend, Where is that friend button. My Celeron 847 is kind of slow.
Can you come to Yuma, Arizona, bring me a $2,000 computer and hook it up for me?
I will get tamales and beer!
Don't give them to goodwill, send them to me. (I'll pay shipping)
With a first gen i3 and some other parts from the junk box you can make a good work/kid/gramma box for under $200.

Mid Tower Case with power supply
Pros Looks nice to me.
Cons Power...
Heat? Try blowing dust-bunnys out and cleaning the fan blades with Q-tips and rubbing alcohol. Reseat the power connectors on the motherboard and video card. Try running with the side panel off so you can see and hear if anything looks wrong. Good Luck.
My daughter has an Asus Transformer 2-in-1 detachable. Not sure what model. It came with Windows 8.1 and was updated to Win10. It has mixed reviews, but she loves hers. I would stay away from the non-detachable ones with hinges or swivels.
Don't through it away, sell it. For Sale Trade section of the forum. If you are not comfortable with wiping the hard drive, then remove it and sell the rest.
A little money is better than none. Plus you will be making someone else happy.
It is still somewhat confusing and annoying when your computer starts upgrading to a new version without your knowledge or consent. Once the update starts you can not do anything until the update is done. On old hardware this can take awhile. Then rolling back (If you still want Win 7) can...
This should not still be happening. The free upgrade to Windows 10 is long over, but two different machines at different locations have started to upgrade to Windows 10 for no reason. One now has Win 10 on it, the other I canceled out of. Anyone else?
Has anyone tried Corn?

When I tried to install KB4051963, it stuck at 79% download. After waiting I rebooted and tried again. Still stuck at 79%. Downloading the update from Microsoft and manually installing worked.
Slightly off topic. "and at least for the 1/4 turn valves"......If the toilet is overflowing and you twist to hard, not knowing that it is a 1/4 turn valve, these can break causing a geyser of water to blast up from the floor. Don't ask me how I know.
I prefer upright freezers and would love to have one like yours. I have seen to much food disappear into a chest style freezer only to be found years later freezer burnt beyond recognition. I am actually looking for a very small (5.8 cu ft) upright like this one...
Good timing. I was thinking about using JB Weld or similar as a temporary fix on an oil pan on our snow plow truck.
Clean the pan with rubbing alcohol and then apply with a plastic spreader like cake icing. Think it will hold through the winter?
On this old Ford F250 I was told replacing the...
I'm still waiting for a good sale on a 480GB or larger for under $100. This is close,http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820173152.
If I had a little more mad money theis week I might go for it. Good for four days.

Removing the motherboard is not that hard and the pushpin mounting has let me down before. I always go with the type that uses a backplate. You have a normal desktop tower case, but the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is very large and heavy, so make sure it will fit. There is a very similar...
