I'm 27th overall, and I just couldn't accept that. Instead of doing the likely smart thing and waiting a week for the 4080S, I went over to microcenter today and bought a 4070 Ti Super. It's folding now at an estimated 12mppd - lower than I expected, but maybe it's just that work unit.

Worst case, maybe it's a dud card and I take it back next week to MC and get a 4080 S instead.

For individual H member, next update will be tomorrow morning, i.e. Day 3.

For all individual participating in this race regardless of team affiliation, it will be EoD (end of day per EOC stat) which is today at 22:00 PT (10 pm PT or midnite CT) which is 00:00 CT. Only the top 100 users will be listed but if anyone need more it is all in a spreadsheet.

In future, maybe we should consider the race starting from 00:00 CT (or 10pm PT) instead of 06:00 CT (4am PT or 12:00 UTC) to match with EOC stat cadence. If we want to continue this race next year, one of the ExtremeHW members is willing to look at some coding to automate the results, so it should almost be real time. It's not a big deal, but I'm curious why I don't show up on those "Top 100 users" daily stats reports. The FAH client says I'm doing close to 4 million per day (about 11.5M since I turned it on 3 days ago), which should put me around the top 75 range. Does that somehow mean my points aren't being counted for the team for the race? I don't have a lot, but I'd like them to be counted even though the team doesn't actually "need" my points...

I was thinking of getting some help with someone building an automated process as well. Just haven't had the time to do it. Was going to toss it on a sub domain of boincgames.com

Also, the OCC guys told me to not slow down. I was gonna pause some f@h Saturday evening and night for some gaming but they advised me not to.

You may already know this, but the number FAHControl tells you is a gross number. We all loose +- 5% between here and there in network overhead, etc………So your credited number will always be less that what the local client is reporting to you.

Also, This is a team effort so every point helps. We "NEED" your points.

FINAL RESULT. Congratulations to all the five participating teams in the 2024 5th BigAdv EOL Challenge. TAAT takes the top spot follow by the overclockers.com, ExtremeHW, EVGA and [H]. We contributed a total of 12% (28,777,419,685 points) of the world daily aggregate, a gradual drop from the beginning of the race due to a new crypto folding team. About 350 folders contributed to this race. Hope to see you all again next year.
