I love what they've done with the C&C Remaster, I go back to it regularly.
If only they could, or wanted to, doing the same treatment for Tiberian Sun (A.K.A., C&C 2) would be amazing since it's my all-time favorite of the franchise; and among my top RTS games ever.
Homeworld 3 could be interesting, I'll check it out at some point (probably not at launch, per se, but surely eventually I will).
On a side note, a largely-forgotten RTS I would recommend to everyone (at least to try it out, you never know; you might like it) is Warzone 2100. That game was a sort of sleeper hit (or maybe a 'hidden gem') during my PS1 years (it was just a single rental). It caught me off guard, it was very fun. However, there's a free PC version, same name, version 4.4.2 I believe at this point (Warzone 2100 Project, it's 100% open source, updated by the community, 100% free, etc). It can be installed via a regular Installer, or can be running via a Portable version (no need to install, no need for Admin privileges, etc). For me Warzone 2100 is kinda timeless, just like the original Command & Conquer games, or StarCraft 1, or WarCraft 2 and 3, etc.
I highly recommend even if it's just to check it out guys:
