The last few years my right hip and leg has been getting bad - limping and giving out on me and I attributed it to age and 30+ years of heavy equipment. Working lots of hours, blah blah. Worked late one night in June, so late that when I was done I took a walk(limp) because it was such a beautiful eve and place, and figured it would wake me up for the drive home. Almost immediately found the largest patch of my favorite psychedelic I've ever seen so I picked some and promptly forgot them in the truck. July 1st long weekend came and I cut up some alder I'd dropped that I'm clearing and Saturday night I was really sore, could hardly walk. Sunday morning I went back out and when I went to get gloves and a saw file I found the dried plants so I crushed some up and chased them with coffee, smoked half a joint to dull the pain and headed back into the yard, immediatelyy forgetting I took psychedelics. A few hours later, I took off my boots as one is want to do when really high and rediscovered my toes and all the muscles and nerves and such in a way that only psychedelics can do and spent the day working in the yard naked and barefoot (not running a saw of course). And the next day, and a few hours at a time since when I get home early enough. I'm now almost 100% pain and trouble free, with a semblance of abdominal muscles again as well.
Man, I love living here.
