Even when not intercepted, many disintegrated during flight.Houthis good enough that the US drilled a billion dollars worth of munitions into the sand and realizing we were not really getting anywhere declared peace lol. Them holding shipping at risk in the Red Sea is a way simpler and easier deal than holding off the Israelis in a conventional state to state war. Houthi also do not have the problem of lots of people who want to hurt them stuck on the inside that are willing to help out the Mossad like the Iranians do which has been a huge liability for the regime.
