from what i have read they mainly used the older missiles at the bgeinning and deplete the interceptors and keep the newer ones for later
Sounds like a prudent idea on the surface, but anyone who actually thinks they have enough 1000 mile range missiles to "deplete" Israels interceptors is extremely naive. Theres no way in hell that the same military espionage guys who orchestrated "Motorola-gate" arent smart enough to say "Hey lets directly attack Tehran and be ready to pummel it into dust" without first having an absolute SHIT-POT full of $50K interceptor missiles ready to deploy, lol.

There is certainly some sort of calculus ast work about how soon they can neutralize a certain amount of Iranian TELs to make things manageable. Even so there are still penetrations happening. Israel’s interceptors are also much more expensive than that, ditto for our THAAD unit which is deployed.

ward carroll talking with midair tanker veteran
the strike tempo and number of attackers along with the fact that israel only has 7 older gas guzzler tankers means someone(US likely) is in the area with additional tankers.

we arent dropping any ordinance but we are giving the iaf the fuel equivalent of a piggyback to get them there. also, they hit the one iranian fuel tanker located in the east. pour one out for the persian tomcats.

They won't but boy howdy are they going to complain loudly. Potentially losing another quasi-ally is a tough one especially since they were getting a bunch of stuff from them they need for the war. As a result Shoigu got shuffled off to Pyongyang to ask the North Koreans for more.

Are we supposed to say thank you to Bibi for making things harder on Putin??

That's quite the quagmire isn't it??

Well if it expands then Putin will be happy to sell Urals for an inflated price but he has less things he can buy with it so kind of a trade off. One thing in particular I don't think the Russians ever localized production of the engines for their drones, believe they were mostly still getting them from Iran. Could be a problem.

Now that Israel is decapitating Iran.
Who
Fills
The
Power void?

Who will be taking control of Iran's now?
(Check notes)
Israel is too small to hold any territory or do anything aside from small assassination missions and control the air.

What now?

What happens after the collapse of the Iranian government?

What bets do we have I out there for staged incident in the straight where a US asset provokes an Iranian gun boat into engagement?

Would you believe that another Middle East intervention didn’t bother to think about any of this for like the 10th time.

Revolutionary guard may have a say in who runs the country if/when Khamenei gone. But could be as bad or worse as his predecessor. And bombing continues. Until someone favorable to Israel/US emerges. Like Syrian leader al-Sharaa. Best case scenario a liberal or secular figure appears from the masses. But wont be a puppet of Israel or the US.

You don’t shoot down MRBMs with the same missiles you shoot down artillery rockets.

The idiot is running his mouth off.

The "we" must mean the US?

It's been reported US war planes already picked on radar last night.. heading to the Middle East.

"No new wars" didn't even last 5 months.

I bet Trump has a plan to end this in 24 hours. Or 90 days. Or in 2 weeks.

Another Middle East Mess brought to you by Republicans.

Tulsi’s Russian masters realllllly didn’t want this to happen, but orange man says otherwise.

President Donald Trump disputed his own director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, on how developed Iran’s nuclear capabilities were and said Iran was on the verge of obtaining a nuclear weapon when Israel struck in recent days.

Asked where he personally stands on how close Iran was to getting a nuclear weapon, given what Gabbard testified just months ago, Trump told reporters on Air Force One, “Very close.”

When pressed on Gabbard’s specific testimony that they weren’t, Trump said, “I don’t care what she said. I think they were very close to having it.”

Remember: Gabbard testified in March that the intelligence community “continues to assess Iran is not building a nuclear weapon and Supreme Leader Khamenei has not authorized a nuclear weapons program that he suspended in 2003.”
Jeezuz... she should have resigned in disgust. As usual, largely missing from the MSM.

Trump makes policy on the fly. Trump has zero plans for anything. Whoever talks to him last - that’s the plan.

The Ayatollah should call and propose a new partnership in a condo/casino retail development in Tehran. Trump might just call Bibi and say "wait a minute"

Trump's then and now descent:

1. I can end wars with one phone call.

2. I can make "deals" to stop wars.

3. I really hope they will take the "deal".

4. Sometimes you just have to let them fight!

5. Everyone out of the city!

6. Bombs awaaaay!

He's seeing Israels offensive and now he wants to insert himself and our military so that he can try to steal some of the glory. This is about his ego, as usual. It's the tail wagging the dog. Trump is just there to take credit if he thinks it's politically popular.

Netanyahu has publicly stated that Iran was mere weeks away from getting a nuclear bomb in 2012, 2015, 2018, 2019, 2022 and now again in 2025.

Tulsi Gabbard testified just two months ago Iran does NOT possess a nuclear weapon.

Bibi doesn’t need to be right since he finally found an American president stupid and weak enough to allow Israel to do what they want.
