I also searched for that Eli Cohen blvd but couldn't find it anywhere. There is an Eli Cohen square that I could find, but it's not close to the hospital.

I think Trumps only reason for entering the war or not is how good it will make him look if he finishes off Iran quick. And how bad it will make him look if it results in great loss of US lives, trillions of $ more in an extended conflict, a ruined world economy with $300 barrel of oil and a severe economic depression in the US.
