Past illegal things being done doesn't make this legal or right.

Iran has been significantly weakened because several of it's proxies that it could use for this have been severely degraded. Also Russia is out of the picture because of Ukraine. Iran has been a proxy for Russian influence in the region (think Syria). In addition Israel has destroyed a significant chuck of Iranian Air Defense. Iran would also have to somewhat split its attention between attacks on Israel and the US. Overall I hate to admit it, if the US was going to strike Iranian nuclear infrastructure there was probably no better time than right now while it is has been weakened by Israel and Russia is severely occupied by it's "Special Operation".

The language of the constitution is pretty plain and relatively easy for lay people to understand. You don't need some magical lawyer powers to read the plain language and understand the intentions of the people who wrote the founding document.

Pretty clearly illegal under international law. Don't know or care about your Constitution. But then again, "international law" is largely just a cover for the US doing whatever the hell it wants to do. I've been inside two nuclear research reactors. Super peaceful. It's like they have noise dampeners inside. And the pool in which the nuclear rods are dipped actually makes the place feel soothing. It would be really nice to just sit there and go about your day, relaxing.

Both of them used >90% enriched uranium. So yes, not all enriched uranium goes into bombs...
