Right now there are options for self hosted but not sure if they allow you to actually train it, I think they're static.

If you get a Gigabyte AI TOPS mobo, you can also use the CPU and GPU for training with their AI TOPS software. Of course, that's only going to work great on a reasonably powerful GPU.
