I think I still have the Dreamcast and a handful of games somewhere in the house. The original NES with the robot with few games were given away years ago.

LOL! I've been collecting game stuff since I was a kid... when it was current... before it was "retro."

This is the unorganized shelf next to me in the recliner right now...

Each is meant to hold 1080 CDs. I have seven more Atlantic Oskar 1080 shelves and yet game stuff is still filling an accessory building, basement, storage unit, etc.

A good bit of it is dupes for trade fodder and spares for mod/upgrade work so I'll be getting rid of a lot eventually... and replacing it with more.

Ichinisan and I really should open a shop.

Very cool! I was digging through my boxed NES Deluxe Set with ROB the Robot earlier today to add original AV cables that Ichinsan recently found at Goodwill. Yes, we are nerdy enough to recognize/distinguish original Nintendo mono AV cables. Now I need Gyromite and Duck Hunt boxes to make it 100% complete... unless you count cello baggies and twist ties (I don't).

Well, mostly collecting but Ichinisan and I also do repairs, upgrades, conversions, customizations, and other "modwork" so we have a lot of spares for that. We occasionally sell off extras and stuff that got too valuable to justify keeping but that usually happens years apart... like when we sold some heavy hitters in 2015 and a bunch more in 2017. Goodbye, prototype XBOX controllers, original Gamecube Component cables, brick of six sealed Gamecube Zelda Master Quest discs, etc. At least we have GCDual kits with HDMI+RGB and can install it ourselves for less than those original component cables were worth.

I just went on my daily walk, figured i would stop in and buy some Tide Pods 3 in 1 at the Dollar General near my house, never bought them before. Was out of soap and i had to do laundry. Love that store cause besides maybe 2 cashiers its always empty and i get about everything i need. I could walk there, get what i need and return in under 30.

I was surprised to see little protection on the pods, at Wal-mart those laundry pods are under lock and key. Only one person has the key and well it could be quite the wait. I thought i would never buy the pods again, but the DG surprised me. The tide pods smell good, i promise i won't eat them.

TMPS sensors aren't necessary; just remember to check the pressure every once in a while. At least in my state, you can't fail inspection for having your tire pressure light on.

Just ordered this monitor, its the Asus PB258Q which is a 25'' 1440p panel. Not a fan of huge monitors, and i think this 25'' will be the perfect monitor. I enjoyed the resolution on a 27'', but i had to pane my head all over and suddenly my gaming performance in like fps games tanked cause of it. This monitor is maybe as big as i would wanna go, going 4k on this size would be to much. My distance vision is fair, i had issues on a 28'' 4k as is. Maybe we could get some random half between 2k and 4k resolution for panels 24''-28'' in the future?

This may be my forever monitor, unless a new resolution under 4k becomes a thing for such size panels. My first real run in on anything IPS since my U2412M. Oh i got a feeling this is going to be its successor. I loved that U2412M till i watched movies. Those black bars. That was like um 6 years ago, so i could only imagine this thing will be a upgrade in every single way imaginable.

What a coincidence, me too! I would be amazed the day i could add a porn app to my Roku tv. Maybe its already possible? Well currently using a 32'' 1080p , i rarely watch the idiot box as i like to call it now days so meh the monitor is fine. Gonna be so many pixels on that tv, the image will be blurry then suddenly her face is gonna look like something was smeared on it before anything even happens.

I didn't know that. In my '07 Versa, I just let the TMPS go since it didn't have traction control, though the ABS wasn't affected. I guess newer cars are all linked. I'm glad my current car (HR-V) uses indirect sensing, so no TMPS sensors to replace.

That was a great monitor. Mine went up a year or two ago, and I'm now using an old Dell 20" 4:3 monitor. Once this breaks, I'll get something nice. I considered trying to fix the old Dell, but that's a lot of work, when decent monitors are so cheap now, and they're kinda power hogs anyway.

I came from a then space heater of a monitor which was the FW900. Oh i loved that one too, i found it for $10 fully working but lacked the stand. It sat on some 2x4 for a while. The heat it would dump into my room was to much, and i remember nearly shitting myself getting that FHD2400 cause i remember people freaking out about missing pixels. I never bought a new monitor yet with a bad pixel in all the 14 years i been involved in this hobby.

I have way too many TurboGrafx-16 systems but this is my first TurboGrafx non-16. That's the European version they never actually launched but started trickling out over the years. I'm going to mod it for 60hz and add an RGB DIN to the side. I's bettert-suited than the American one since it already has a stereo amp. Also, I wanted the controller variant so I can make replica overlays for my clear Retro Game Restore controller shells that are on the way sometime soon. Ordered a second one in Clear Smoke when they went back up for preorder last week.

A lot of that is Tetris Attack memorabilia since it's my favorite game. I really wanted the boxed E-rated and European variants of Tetris Attack since I already have my original K-A-rated, the Not For Resale demo cart, and the For Display Only box. There's also a boxed Super Mario Bros since my only box previously was a console bundle and all the other games on the shelf have their own boxes. The special PC Engine pachinko controller is cheaper than any other PC Engine controller and I think it will be fun playing through Dracula X with that.

I have a bunch of Dell 2007FP (no "W" for widescreen). Mostly for the uncommon 1600x1200 native resolution since I can get a 5x integer scale and correct aspect ratio with UltraHDMI (Nintendo 64 digital HDMI modification kit). Most of my 1200p monitors are 16:10 and sometimes force-stretch 1600x1200 to 1920x1200. I've got a 2408WFP in my living room right now but the UperGrafx UGX-02 digital adapter for PC Engine/TurboGrafx doesn't have a 5x mode.

There were actually 2 PC Engines, a PC Engine CoreGrafx, a TurboGrafx-16 Mini, and multiple TurboGrafx-16 consoles in that shot before I cropped it down.

Set up that new monitor i ordered some days ago, had it sitting here a few days till the mood hit me to set it up. Holy cow going from a 24'' 1080p TN to a 25'' 1440p AH-IPS is a eye opening experience. The blacks on this thing are beyond unreal. Haven't seen blacks this good since my old FW900. U2412M certainly was trash in comparison. Yup its my forever monitor i think. The size is just right too.

Not mint, no games, no console, no manuals, no styrofoam, no controllers, no Zapper, no plugs/cables... only a loose Power Pad and an old Winterfresh gum wrapper. Seems the previous owners only held onto the Power Set box as a place to store the Pad even though they tossed the inner box intended for that. Still, I literally just spent more than twice that on a NES Power Set box protector that I just got a day before:

$22 shipped for a box protector so obviously the box alone is easily worth the $10 I just paid, and I have all the stuff to make it "complete" other than the styro and inner Power Pad box (the inner box is easy enough to get).

I ordered a NES Power Set box protector and received it barely a day BEFORE finding a NES Power Set box in the wild. That's because I already had a mint-condition NES Power Set.

That's still one heck of a coincidence though.

My original Power Set is an older round-seal gray-Zapper variant but I don't think I'm ready to start collecting minor variants. To be honest, the mintyness of my original was kind of a burden (hence the box protector) since I never would have paid what it was worth for one that nice and now I feel obligated to keep it mint condition. Only have it because I got an incredible deal from the original owner back in 2016:

I asked "How much?" and the vendor asked what I would offer. I replied "I only have $11" since I genuinely would have offered more if I had more. The vendor's response was "How about $5?" Yeah, um, I will gladly pay less than half of what I was offering, thank you very much. Vendor must've thought I was joking to offer $11, but I wasn't...

That literally sold for 16x as much (shipped) on eBay today, AFTER I made my purchase. The Game Boy game to the left of it was a pity-purchase from the same vendor, since this was also the vendor who unwittingly sold me the NES "Game Television" controllers last year for ~$5 each.

Direct TPMS doesn't interface with the ABS System at all.

Indirect TPMS has no sensor in the wheel and the low pressure lamp is triggered by the different rotational speed of the low tires pressure. It will be faster than a properly inflated tire.
