The appeals process will certainly blow past the election. For Trump, freedom literally depends on the outcome of the election.I've always said I think he will be convicted of something before the election, but won't do jail time before the election, especially for the hush money. I stand by that. I don't think he is going to jail for this.
The big case is really the classified documents one, and I knew Garland fucking waited too long and that shit would not affect the election. I didn't realize it would be delayed indefinitely before the election, but Garland slow-played it that there would definitely not be a verdict before it.
