True, but remember that most consumers are people that looked only at the bigger number, like the GHz in the Pentium 4 era...LNL is a different weight class, so who cares.
Besides, non-meme (aka general purpose) performance matters more anyway.

Upon another look though, it seems like they may have just stretched the image vertically at some point which would make the difference.
