Question backplate lighting is not working on rtx 2080ti xtreme

I have a dilema,i don't understand why back lighting on my 2080ti doesn't work.On the front and side logo with Aorus is working properly without any problem ,but on the backplate lighing is OFF.Today i open the card and i change thermal paste for my aorus rtx 2080ti xtreme,and i check conector on the PCB and is OK,is not broken,all seems to be fine...i connect back but the lighing on the backplate is not work.
My PSU have 750w.it is possible my PSU doesn;t deliver enough power to my card,and that's why lighting on backplate is off or LED is broken,or PCB?

There might be some small switch on the card for that. Or a connection is loose. You can also try Gigabyte's software to see if there is some option there to turn the light on.

Also, did the temps improve with the thermal paste application?
