i got a thin client off the for sale forums here at a pretty good deal, upgraded the ram and ssd in it and loaded windows 10 on it. it's an AMD 1.5 GHz quad. works great for Netflix. Figured why not try a mobile thin client. I picked up from eBay an HP pro-book 6360T mobile thin client for $20 after shipping!
it WAS a celeron b810, 2gb ram (on board but one empty slot) 4gb ssd, has the regular battery, and the 2nd extended cell battery, both hold good charges too.
upgraded to the i5-2520m, spare ssd drive i had laying around (120gb), and 8gb ram (so it has 10gb in it). total cost is $50. REALLY easy to upgrade. the bottom access panel slides off by moving a slider, easy access to the processor, ram slot, wireless card and cpu/heatsink and fan. less than five minutes to add the ram, switch out the cpu and the ssd.
