I am not a fan of humanity in general, but I certainly can't stand when someone kills a pet. As mentioned there are cases where one has to put an animal down for it's own mercy, but that is out of love for not suffering.

I think an appropriate punishment for killing a cat or dog is crucifixion. While some pets may be kind and forgiving, I am not that much, these days I am grumpy and tired. Even if she isn't crucified, I think another form of execution is appropriate.

So .... Noem wrote about killing her own dog in her autobiography. Makes you wonder what secrets she thought were bad enough that she shouldn’t talk about. If she becomes Trumps VP choice, maybe she’ll eventually tell us about the time she took her undocumented farm worker down to the gravel pit and shot him in the face because she didn’t like his attitude. I would think the police need to start digging up the floor in Noem’s basement.

Someone who thinks that having a “disgusting, musky, rancid” odor is a "killin offense" probably isn’t an ideal VP pick for Trump. Will she put Trump down after a hot, all day campaign stop with Trump having an all day full diaper?

It's an interesting political calculation of her sharing this anecdote. Obviously, she must have known that this would be taken as incendiary. But she’s most likely sharing this stuff for an audience of one and his cult. She knows Trump dislikes dogs and thinks women are weak. He constantly uses “like a dog” as an insult. So maybe this was her way of showing him that she was tough enough and endearing enough to him. Although .... I would have thought Mitt Romney would have figured out the same thing and look what happened there.

I think some of these people really are just so dysfunctional that they think stories like this are no big thing. With most genuine psychopaths - this is the way they behave. They don’t understand how abnormal their behavior is, so they don’t bother concealing it. They’ll talk about the guy they murdered yesterday with the same casualness that you or I would have talking about the trip to the grocery store we made yesterday. She’s probably sitting at home, seeing all this negative press, and wondering why people are so upset at her “just shooting a dog.” But even the MAGA's love their dogs, so this has been a mixed bag of publicity for her. They are currently trying to rationalize that shooting puppies is the best way to "own the libs" and show what Real America is made of. "A dog?! ... The Libruls!, they murder babies!!" But, If Trump tells them tomorrow that he likes Noem, these same people will say they have always liked and supported her. Because we have always been at war with Dogasia.
