Question For poops and giggles I decided to check my GPU temps with AMD, and didnt like what I saw...

From what it looks like, you are running your card with up to 15% extra power budget. That is going to make things warmer for sure, even if you do a slight undervolt. If I were you, I would run at standard power level, or maybe even a -% power level, as well as your undervolt. See how that works.

so far all the videos I have watched and read, say you have to run that high to achieve a stable undervolt, for the extra power is needed, BUT I will back it down and see.

Made no difference at all, still peaked at 113c on the hot spot just like it did before, wattage wise still just sucking 250, not full wattage of 300+ when being completely stressed out to the max..though still was stable, but as soon as it hit 113c I shut the test down..

HOLLY FREAKIN HECK! I finally got it under 100c!!!!!! Dropped my mhz 100 points from each, dropped the voltage, bumped power back up 15%, and got this!
I'll TAKE IT and it only sucked 219 watts, like omg
Now to test pinball and grid and see if it crashes, and if not, Ill post the new temps, if any.....

Maybe the vbios is corrupt. Have you tried switching from silent to performance?

not yet, Ill be doing that later today though and see...

Id really really like to see what others are getting in the Pinball FX at 1440P and everything on plus RT, be interesting to see, and especially if you have a 6900 XT in ur system for apples to apples.
