Odd that EGS would give away TEW2 the same week they're dropping the Epic financed Alan Wake 2, which it turns out is absolutely brutal on system requirements.

Feels like the two games occupy much of the same space and TEW2 would rob AW2 of some sales, which is already going to be an uphill climb given its an EGS exclusive and is gaining a lot of notoriety for its always on upscaling and dog crap performance.

FWIW TEW2 is on sale for $5.99 on steam so maybe they are trying to steal their thunder with giving it away for free. A nice freebie also drives traffic to epic's site.

It was the basic Rage 2 and not the Deluxe Edition which includes the DLC, so this is an even better pickup.

Humble Bundle game bundles are a great way of getting a bunch of games for a good price. They were a better value before IGN bought the site though. It's now rare for me to find a bundle where I don't already own a key or two. I did recently pick up the "Bandai Namco: Fights, Frights, and Fantasy" bundle since I didn't own any of the games.

I've been doing the Humble Choice sub and they occasionally run out of a key in the monthly bundle every now and then. They normally send an email when the key is back in stock.

I've sometimes bought a bundle with more than three games I already own because the ones I don't own may cost twice or even more on Steam, compared to the price of the entire bundle.
