The alarm clock is a very useful feature in Windows that can serve as on-screen alarms reminding you about a particular task. It can also be used as a replacement for your mobile phone alarm. A lot of people are unaware that this feature exists so in this article we provide you with a guide to setting an alarm in Windows 10.
Step 1
Open the 'Cortana Search' App
At the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen, you can find the 'Cortana app', which is a circular button. Click on it to ‘Launch’ the search app.
Step 2
Search for the 'Alarm Clock'
In the search bar located at the bottom of the Cortana app, type in ‘Alarm Clock’.
Step 3
Open the 'Alarm Clock' App
At the top of the Cortana app, the search results will be displayed. Click on the ‘Alarms & Clock’ option to open the app.
Step 4
Set the Alarm
In the Alarm Clock App click on any of the displayed alarms.
Step 5
Now, you will be able to tweak the time and set it as a new alarm and you can click on the ‘Save’ icon at the bottom right corner to set an entirely new alarm.
Using the Alarm Clock App you can set multiple alarms and also set them to ring on different days of the week. This is a highly useful feature of Windows 10 and now you can use it too.
